🧾 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
 

  • Service Not Rendered: If a scheduled service was not performed due to fault or oversight on our part.

  • Incomplete or Unsatisfactory Service: If a significant portion of the agreed scope of work was not completed and our team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Billing Errors: If duplicate payments or overcharges occurred through our system or third-party processors.

🚫 Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Client Inaccessibility: If our team was unable to access the property due to locked doors, unsafe conditions, or lack of contact.

  • Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If the client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice or fails to be present for the scheduled service.

  • Change of Mind: If the client decides to cancel after the service has commenced or is completed.

  • Subjective Preferences: Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences not communicated prior to service (e.g., scent of cleaning products, arrangement of items).

  • Pre-Existing Damage: We are not responsible for damage that existed before our service.

  • Force Majeure: Events beyond our control such as natural disasters, power outages, or emergencies.

🔄 Re-Clean Before Refund

In most cases, Akratos Solutions reserves the right to offer a complimentary re-clean or service correction before issuing a monetary refund. If the issue persists after the re-clean, and it directly relates to our failure to meet the agreed scope, a refund may be considered.

📝 How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the service date and include:

  • Client’s full name

  • Service address

  • Date and time of service

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting evidence (photos, videos, or communication)

💳 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
